At Squish & Surprise, we want you to be happy with your purchase! If something isn't right with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging where applicable.

To request a return, please contact us with your order number and a brief explanation of the reason for your return. We'll provide instructions for the next steps.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible. Include your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging, if applicable, so we can review the issue and help resolve it.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer a replacement or refund.

Items That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used slime, squishy toys, and other sensory products may not be eligible for return unless they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or otherwise qualify for a remedy under applicable law.

Customized items and products clearly identified as non-returnable may also be excluded where permitted by law.

Refunds

Once an eligible return or refund request has been reviewed and approved, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will generally be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.

Return Shipping

If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, you may be responsible for return shipping costs, where permitted by law. If an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us before returning it so we can explain the appropriate next steps.

Orders That Have Already Shipped

If your order has already shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. Please contact us if you need assistance with an order that is already in transit.
